The Racial Equity Institute is a national racial-equity training organization that has worked since 1995 to help institutions understand and dismantle structural racism through the data-driven Groundwater Approach.

This website is operated by the Racial Equity Institute (REI), a national racial-equity training and consulting organization in operation since 1995, headquartered in North Carolina. References to "REI," "we," "us," and "our" mean the Racial Equity Institute.
